OIL PULLING BLEND

• 1 Tbsp Activated Charcoal
• 1 Tsp Xanathan Gum 2 Tsp Calcium Carbonate
• 4 oz Coconut Oil
• 10 drops Essential Oil

1. Melt the Coconut Oil in a double boiler

2. While the coconut oil melts stir and combine all powders and then add essential oil.

3. Once melted thuroghly mix the coconut oil and powders

4. Use a plastic or wooden spoon and gather enough of the blend to fill mouth and work it around teeth and gums for roughly 5 minuets.

5. Brush teeth as normal
